Hotel Norbu House exceeded all our expectations, with exceptional service and beautiful rooms. The breathtaking view from the terrace overlooking HH The Dalai Lama's temple and the serene countryside below truly made it a magical stay. The staff, especially Tenzin at reception, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful suggestions for local experiences.The room upgrade was a sweet surprise, and the private balcony with uninterrupted mountain views was a highlight. The attention to detail in the room, from the comfortable bed to the modern amenities, showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The included brunch buffet was a delightful culinary experience, surpassing local restaurant offerings.I particularly appreciated the peaceful location near the temple and main streets, providing a quiet retreat with easy access to the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere after a day of exploration. The proximity to the airport, just 10 km away, made our arrival and departure seamless.In conclusion, Hotel Norbu House not only felt like a home away from home but also a sanctuary for creativity and relaxation.
